"Bad substitutions almost every time"
I ordered groceries from myfood4less.com and the substitutions were bad. They swapped out things for the items I don’t even use, and some of them ended up being way more expensive too. I tried changing it on a order, but it didn’t really seem to make any difference. There wasn’t a quick way to fix it either, which made it more annoying. If something is out of stock, I’d rather they just refund me instead of sending random stuff.

"Customer service was genuinely helpful"
I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service thinking I’d probably be waiting a while. Surprisingly, they got back to me quickly. The rep was friendly and basically said something like, “No worries, we can take care of that for you,” and then actually fixed it without turning it into a whole thing. I use My Food 4 Less every now and then, and this definitely made me feel better about ordering again. Simple, easy, and no complaints.

I tried grocery pickup through myfood4less.com and it was straightforward. The website wasn’t hard to figure out, and most of what I ordered was available. They did substitute one item, but it wasn’t a big deal and worked fine for me.
The pickup part took a little longer than I thought it would, around 10 minutes or so, but the employee was friendly and loaded everything up quickly once they came out. Prices were decent too. I’d probably use it again, just not if I’m trying to be in and out super fast.

My delivery got here right when it was supposed to, which was nice. The driver seemed friendly, everything was still cold, and I’m sure all my items were there. No complaints from me.

I stopped in and the store was okay overall, but it did feel kind of messy. The floors definitely could’ve been cleaner. Anyway, the shopping part was fine, but yeah, the place could use a quick cleanup.

I usually use myfood4less.com to check deals and prices before I go shopping. Most of the time the prices are better than other stores around me, especially for basics and snacks, so it does help me save money. That said, it gets frustrating when items show up out of stock, and sometimes it feels like no one really notices or cares about keeping things updated. It’s not perfect, but for the value, I still use it often.

I usually check the weekly deals most weeks, and some of the prices are good. The annoying part is that a few things are either sold out or not the same once I get to the store. The site is also slow and feels like it works when it wants to, which makes it kind of frustrating to use

The site does what it’s supposed to, but it feels a bit clunky overall. The checkout especially could be smoother, when I’m entering payment info, I want the process to feel really clear and reliable, not like I have to double-check every step.

I had to return an item because the wrong one showed up, which was a little annoying. Support did get back to me, so that part was fine, but the refund took a few more days than I thought it would ?? Not a huge deal, just wish the whole process was a bit smoother.

I shop on myfood4less.com every now and then, and it’s fine overall... but the way things are organized can be a little frustrating. Some stuff is super easy to find, and then other items feel like they’re tucked into random places for some reason. The categories could definitely be cleaned up a bit too. It’s not awful or anything — it just ends up taking longer than it really should.

I ordered some fruits and veggies from My Food 4 Less, and let’s just say the freshness wasn’t exactly impressive. A couple of the fruits were already soft when they arrived, which is always a fun surprise, and the lettuce looked like it had been sitting around for a while. The prices were decent, sure, but I was kind of hoping the produce would actually seem fresh too...

I ordered from myfood4less.com this week and, as far as I could tell, everything I picked actually made it into the bags. No random swaps or missing items, which was the main thing I was hoping for.
The produce looked like what I ordered, and the amounts seemed right too. I didn’t check every single thing with a microscope or anything, but the small stuff I noticed, like yogurt flavors and the bread type, was correct.
Pickup was simple, and I didn’t end up needing to go back inside for anything. Based on this order at least, I’d give it 5 stars.

"Parking is always a hassle"
I shop here every now and then, and the store itself is fine, but the parking situation is a pain. The lot always feels packed, and I usually end up circling around for a while just to grab a spot, even when I’m only running in for something quick.
The prices are decent, so I don’t mind the shopping part at all. It’s just getting in and out of the parking area that makes the whole trip more stressful than it needs to be. If that were easier, I’d probably come by more often without thinking twice...

"Pickup went well from what I remember"
I tried ordering through My Food 4 Less for pickup, and overall it was alright. I do remember the prices being decent and the person who brought out my order was really nice. The site may have been a little slow, and I think a couple things got swapped out without much warning, but that part is a bit blurry now. Nothing terrible happened, it just wasn’t the smoothest online order I’ve done...

I used myfood4less.com today, the checkout was faster than I expected. I already had my cart ready to go, but it was still nice not having to sit there clicking through a bunch of unnecessary steps.
Paying and choosing my store only took about a minute, and nothing froze or kept loading forever. That might sound basic, but grocery sites should really respect people’s time, so I appreciated that it just worked the way it should.
Overall, it was simple, easy, and didn’t make the process harder than it needed to be. I got in, paid, and was done without any hassle. Definitely 5 stars from me.
